Hi everybody, this seems to be the most active Lucid forum around, so hopefully somebody can help. My wife got the ICS update recently and since hasn't been able to use the keypad while she is in the middle of a call. This makes life difficult for her for checking her voicemail because she can't put her password in or any other menu prompts. I've tried searching the internets and nothing is really showing up. Any thoughts?

might be a dumb question but did she touch the dialpad button in lower right hand corner?
if she has, then go to home screen => settings => call => show dialpad
that will let her see the dialpad whenever she wants. hope this helps

    • From the Keypad tab, tap Menu Menu icon (located in the upper right).
    • Tap Settings.
    • Tap Call.
    • Tap DTMF tones.
    • Tap Long
