Keypad Lagging or Crashes In Call

I'm trying to enter my password to access my voicemail, but I can't. The keypad lags and then crashes everytime.

I'm currently using 1.6 Warheads.

Anyone else having similiar issues?

I had the same problem since day one. Not being able to put passwords or enter extension numbers. Is there a way to fix this? I am using the orignal samsung stock OS. I thought the upgrade we received 2-3 months ago was going to fix this bug.
Please help!
