Hi. I thought I'd do the right thing and report, to Samsung, that Kies is completely unusable for me (and others I see).
However, when I go to the appropriate Samsung site there doesn't seem to be a way to select Kies as a product in the various dropdowns, only my Tab.
Does anyone have a link to report a problem with Kies?
