I have a Galaxy S (GT19000). I have installed KIES (ver 1.5.1.10074_2) on a PC running XP Version 2002 SP3 (corporate company PC, so limited on upgrading etc...) but am Administrator equivalent.
ISSUE: Kies shuts down 15-20 seconds after launching. No issues with install or any error message!
I have been on to Samsung Tesh Support several times and the have checked that I have Windoes media 11, Directx9.0 and Active Sync 4.5 - all of which I have or have installed. They also make me change the monitor resolution down to 1024 x 768.
REGARDLESS OF THESE FIXES, IT STILL SHUT'S DOWN AFTER 15-20 SECONDS!!
Any ideas?
