Help KIES Upgrade

There is a new KIES upgrade available this morning I clicked on upgrade and it went auto into the procedure. It downloaded all the files, then installed them. Got to 100% and it then tells me that the internet is not available would I like to try again (three times I did it) but same result. Abandoned upgrade.

Of course the internet is connected - how do you think you got the files in the first place? I am on broadband, permanent connection! oh yeah, and it was available on the phone too.

I got fed up of this so I totally un-installed KIES and then did it again from the parent site, not only did it work better, but the SD card is now available via 'open in windows explorer' which was not on my first KIES. Now everything suddenly becomes a hell of a lot easier.
