Installed it twice, and both times my phone would lock up using it. Couldn't scroll or get the phone to sleep. Running Virtuous 3.1

it doesn't require root. it's in the market. it's sort of like BBM for non blackberry phones.

I use it to keep in touch with 2 friends who are too cheap to pay for a texting plan. One has a BB and the other an iPhone. Works just fine.

i used it when i got my Evo and my bf still had his BB 8330....the day after he installed it his phone crashed. By crashed I mean he then was forced to upgrade before he wanted to because it wouldn't turn on anymore He since has gotten an HTC incredible haha

but yeah I only ever used it because I was afraid of what life would be like without BBM...so far so good without it I do feel I would use it if I knew more people with BBM though. It worked fine on my Evo in it's short existence.

I installed it and had it for about a day but then got rid of it. I didn't really see the different between it and texting except that I couldn't figure out if you could sign out so I couldn't get away from people if I wanted to lol.
