The developer has released an updated version of this ROM that is almost flawless, the stock kernel will benchmark faster than when I used the one u have with Netarchy at an overclock of 1.9. Plus, he used the correct flash app with Hulu, so you don't have to switch it on your own. I am going to try the Netarchy kernel now.

You have to wipe your current Flash app, and install one that works with HULU. Can't tell you where I found the link right now, but if you still haven't found it, get back to me and I find it for you.

unfortunately every rom and kernel combo will vary from phone to phone so it is hard to recommend one particular kernel from another. have you tried any of the netarchy kernels found here:

also read up on setcpu settings they can also help out with battery life.

I'm getting what I consider to be great battery life with the stock kernel on this ROM. I didn't have a lot of heavy usage yesterday, but this morning I hit 15% charge after being uncharged for 24 hours. I also use SetCPU to underclock my processor while the screen is off, so that helps, but my battery life is great compared to pre-root.

As for this ROM, this is what I'm sticking with until MikFroyo comes out with a great theme. I like the variable 4G signal indicator....on MikFroyo it just stays the same regardless of the quality of your signal. Even the font has grown on me, so it's definitely a keeper.

Yeah I love the ROM I have made it my go to ROM but right now I am dabbling with CM7 RC1.

Flashed this ROM last night. Seems very quick and pretty stable. Only issue I had was flashing one of his themes. I sent it to my SD card and tried to flash it through ClockworkMod recovery, but it keeps telling me "flash aborted" or something. Any ideas?

I've had to flash some things in the alternate recovery because of scripts or something with the clockwork update. Might be the same problem so try RA instead.

For the most part yeah, but it also seems faster. It's a smaller file too, than Unleashed.

what are you trying to flash?

You may have had a bad download try redownloading it, also you may need to toggle signature verification that can sometimes fix flashing errors.

I am using this Rom and is Fantastic, however, my battery drains like a sinking ship!! I switch kernels 4.3.1 and still drops 10% every 15 minutes, and even with the phone off drops 1% every 5 minutes.

Also HUlu is not working,
And I will like a recomendation of a set of black icons that will work with this rom!!

Try the 4.3.2 kernel, the one in my signature, also have you tried setcpu? Also if stuff starts messing up such as random restarts or stuff like that switch to the same kernel just with less aggressive HAVS.

i used that same kernel and setcpu. battery life not so bad. hulu still not working though

did you update adobe flash? if so hulu will not work with the updated adobe flash. you can try and uninstall the update for adobe flash and see if that works. or you may have to re-flash the rom and do not update adobe flash.

Did you deleting/freezing flash and then try flashing the hulu.zip, just remember to make a backup first. Make sure you have adobe flash not to auto update in the market, if it updates it will break hulu.
