KitKat 4.4.2 will not start

My tablet won't reboot
KitKat 4.4.2
I don't have a usb backup drive
What can I do to restart my tablet

I did
it gives me a scroll down menu with a few options.
towards end of the process I get a notice " Unfortunately the Wizard stopped '
no progress from there

from that option choose reboot u can choose the opt. by  pressing  power button and  u can  go to diiferent   option by pressing vol   up  and down

from that option, i selected reboot,
the Wizard starts, i followed the steps,
after a few steps the Wizard stopped before completing the process,
a notice appears on the screen:
" Unfortunately the Wizard stopped "
O k
if i click ok , nothing happens
no progress from there
