I have a rooted LG Vortex phone that went thru a factory reset and when coming back up it stops early in the process with a pop-up that reads: The application com.android.LGSetupWizard (process com.android.LGSetupWizard) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

The Master Re-set (home key+volume dwn key+power key) is not taking. Any hints/suggestions?

Hello and welcome aboard. That error can be eradicated by uninstalling the incompatible installed application on your device.
