I have installed the RyanZa Lag fix on my rooted 2.2 Captivate and it was great for a couple weeks then seems to get REALLY slow. I have installed it twice. The first time I installed it with over a 1000 on the slider, then the second time (after it got slow) I did around 850 because i didnt know if smaller was better. Even so, it slowed down after a while. So, am i doing something wrong or is the LagFix idea not good? Also, is there a way to speed up the Captivate? Kernels, anything (just leave me instructions) unless it requires me to wipe everything. Thanks

Might want to read up on "lagfixes". Of all the ones out there, the method in OCLF is the least-advisable. Not that any are truly safe... all come with gotchas.

    The Captivate FAQ has info:
