Is anyone else experiencing lag when using the phone dialer or when answering a phone call?

When I go through my contacts and pick someone I want to call, I touch their name, and it takes a good 5-7 secs before it starts calling that person.

Same thing when I receive a call. When my phone rings and I have an incoming call, when I swipe down, it'll take another 5-7 seconds after the swipe (since I guess this action lets you answer the call directly) before I am connected to that person.

Well then that really sucks. My lag is similiar to what Droid Eris users were experiencing with their dialing lag.

I don't have a lag, but I wish I could control the level of the tone that gets generated each time I press a number. I can turn it off entirely, but I'd prefer to just bring it down a bit w/o having to change the volume for everything else on the phone.

I saw this post and instantly thought I was in the Eris forum lol

But I don't have any lag but I know my Eris did and what helped it was downloading "phone log trimmer" and setting it to 5 , really took away the lag in the Eris

How long have you had your phone? I really hope this doesnt become an issue on the DI, I had the Droid Eris and this was the MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR issue I couldn't deal with it anymore..I haven't had any problesm as of yet but I have only had it for 5 days.

Lag is not in the vocabulary of the DI. Something is wrong with your phone.

Ok well sorry for your lag but this makes me feel better then..It definitley has no lag at all for me in fact some people are talkin about how blazing fast the dialer is and are getting apps to confirm calls so they dont accident call someone. You definitley have something wrong with your phone.
