Laptop-Style Keyboard Case?

Hi, everyone. I am thinking about purchasing a Note 10.1 for my best friend and I wanted to know if anyone has or knows about a laptop-style keyboard case? Pretty much a keyboard for the 10.1 with a case that "transforms" or gives the ease of using the Note 10.1 like a laptop at times. If not, then please suggest what you feel to be the best/most convenient to use keyboard for the 10.1 Thank you!

Logitech/ZAGG has one for the Galaxy Tab 10.1 that holds the tablet like a case when not being used-really nice. I have not seen it yet for the Note 10.1, maybe they need some encouragement. They do have a universal one called the Solo, looks like a laptop but would need to be stored separately. Not exactly what you were asking for but it does look like a laptop when in use.

I had both of these. The Zagg I returned due to raised corners making it uncomfortable for typing without the rounded corners digging into my wrist.

The Solo was returned because they sent me the color they had (gray) instead of the one I paid for (white). Nothing on their site listed it as backordered or anything like that and I didn't appreciate the substitution without confirmation.

I can't say how well it worked our didn't work cause I was too mad to turn it on.

I haven't had a keyboard case for my Note, but I have had a couple for my iPad. They were all terrible. One very important thing to realize is the stand style do NOT work on your lap, whoops, your $600 tablet just flipped off your lap. As for the logitech one, same as the last poster, terribly uncomfortable and raised corners dig into your wrist. Another Kensington one I had was pretty great as a case combo with a silicone skin on the keys until I realized there was no right shift key and I apparently use it a lot.

My note, I have vowed not to use a keyboard, just SwiftKey. Unless they come out with a really good one similar to an Asus Transformer style dock.

There's my hundreds of dollars in mistakes, or my 2 cents worth.
