Larger rear cover

I am looking for a larger rear cover as I want to fit a 128gb sd card adaptor inside, and a slightly larger rear cover is needed, don't want a bigger battery though, any ideas please?

So, if I'm understanding correctly, it sounds like you want to make a custom cover, where you can splice in a 128gb SD card, using an adaptor of some sort?

If you could explain a little more of what you're trying to do exactly, you might get some valid answers/options for you to make your custom setup.
