Just wondering if it's still the 6/31 or if there is anything new. Also if there is something new what would be the changes/advantages?

edit: Just decided to use the 8/28 gapps I found somewhere. Don't know how or if it's different haha

I've installed JerryScript's last two builds with the 8/28 gapps and think they work better with his ROM than the 6/31 gapps. It really tightens the ROM up.

I agree 100%! I would still probably be stuck trying to change my boot animation and switch to a different recovery of it weren't for people like Andy and yogi. Thanks again and in advance for the help i'm most likely going to need on the future!! :)

    Just FYI-

It really doesn't matter which version of gapps you flash, because within a few days of using the phone, the apps contained within gapps will usually update to the latest version. ;)
