Launcher with 7 home screens ?

The ones I've seen have (ADW etc.) have less.

with adw u can choose any number between 3 and 7 homescreens.

surely the other launchers are the same.

Fairly sure Launcher pro has the option to have up to 7 screens.

Ah ok it wasn't showing initially in the settings but I see it now.

How do you switch to a different launcher after setting one as default ?

Also with launcherpro it seems the power widgets I was using for mobile data, wifi etc. aren't available, is that because they are for sense only ?

Use an app called home switcher.

Yep, they are for sense only. There is a good replacement called Switchpro widget, as well as many others out there.
