I already have an EVO so I need to buy it at full price. Then I'll sell my EVO to recoup most of the cost. What would be my best option?

EBay the evo for an average of about 400 to 450 right now depending on your accessories. You could get lucky and get a epic on there for less than retail. If not, Sprint has the lowest retail.

Amazon has the lowest retail actually even though it's $519.99 there. with tax at Sprint you end up paying about $540. no tax at amazon.

You could do the buy back program with Sprint if you have a phone you want to trade in. I got $60 for my Hero that was water damaged. The lady knew it but read their disclaimer and said it didn't say anything about water damage, so she took it :p

but you save money. so i guess you have to decide if money is more important than you having it right now. for me, that was an easy decision since i already have an awesome phone :D

edit: plus, i actually got in on it when it was still $499 so i saved $40 over Sprint
