Help Legal aspect of having a Service calling speech recognition endlessly

Hi.
In order to have the user interact with my app, I've developed a Service which continuously listen to the user and do action when he says something "relevant" . The problem with this is that my Service uses the microphone of the phone and that the user cannot call Google Assistant anymore. And maybe (I obviously don't really know about this part) Google cannot hear the user anymore.
The user knows that I'm listening constantly him ... but will Google/Android be ok with my app blocking Google Assistant? Can it be a reason for not being able to put my app on the Play Store ? :)
Best Regards
