So is there any God given right, privacy right, or anything I can use to prevent logging or even more of an issue, active unauthorized third party remote access. I really could care less about the logging, Ive been around the block and really have nothing to hide, but a couple days ago it was collecting so much data my phone was useless. For those who think its a tool to diagnose problems is mistaken. I was also disturbed to realize after having 3 different( phones EVO) and 4differebt sdcards I managed to stumble onto files from my very first EVO from 6 months ago, I really do enjoy my phone this just makes it hard. Also theres a ton of active remotes (never hooked any EVO to pc) most of them are to Google, but some I can't figure out, Dallas, Houston, and D.C. I totally get the point lol, but that doesn't mean I'm ok with it, I own this phone, I pay for service and I pay for data usage, so what right does anyone have to track ever button I press.
