Legend app/internet sharing and Terratime problems

Hi, hope somebody can help with some problems I am having.

I just upgraded from HTC Magic to HTC Legend but am having the following problems:

Internet sharing
When using Facebook, I can't post any updated, connect using facebook chat or view messages - I am just taken to a blank page.

Also youtube always takes me to the mobile page, when I click on view desktop mode, it just takes me back to the mobile page.

I have tried different browsers, so this tells me it is not a browser problem.

Terra Time
I got introduced to this on this forum and absolutely loved the "Live" wallpaper - this will no longer work on my Legend but never had a problem on my Magic. The map wallpaper works fine, though.

Hopefully somebody might have some suggestions to help me out - thanks in advance!
