Help Lengthen ringtone?

Hi everyone
I'm wondering how to lengthen my ringtone on the HTC Incredible S. I am using MP3s and it doesn't seem to play beyond 30secs of the song. Is there somewhere I can go to set a time limit for the ringtone? Appreciate any help.

I think 30 seconds is the longest you can have as a ringtone...correct me if I am wrong somebody as I would also like to know, thanks
