Lenovo Lenovo s6000l: Edited build.prop but now wont go past lenovo screen

Good day

I was an idiot and edited the model and brand name in the build prop of my Lenovo s6000l tablet. Now when i turn it on it gets to the lenovo screen, plays its tune, but gets cut short and then gets stuck at that screen.

I tried a factory reset and cache reset, but neither worked. So i went and looked up help, but none of it really helps. I have an original copy of the build.prop file, but my computer wont pick up the tablet, so I cant figure how to put it on to replace the edited one. Other suggestions suggest to flash a rom onto the tablet, but i have been looking all over and cannot find any roms for it anywhere.

If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it!
