I was trying to port lewa ROM to the triumph and I got it working I just get dialer crash. Do I need to change phone.apk to fix it or what? I no focus is on the ICS since camera is working but I'm just a noob that wanted to give android porting a try

You might try to grab a logcat. That will tell you where the problem is and give you a starting point.
