My lg3 Network is locked, was with T Mobile, I'm trying to switch to Simple Mobile. Put in all the information in the newly created APN but, still no 3G or 4G. I received the network lock and enter it and it said my phone isn't personalized. I rebooted and also did a factory reset. Please help me
