first of all i had kitkat version in this phone so i dowanloaded the flashtool like i have done before in my nexus 4 and downloaded the correct kdz file for my phone to upgrade it to lollipo.. my phone booted into downloaded mode just fine and when the flash started my computer switched off because of a electricity failure near my area, so while the computer was switched off i unpluged the cable and puled the battery out and tried booting it up back again and it keeps bring me into the fastboot mode no matter what i press or what i do..

so i have come across every possible tutorial how to get ride of this,i tried different ports, different computers , different data cables. i also tried to short the ic but since this models motherboard is little different that the other models i really didnt know what to do so i had to give up, i have kept trying flashing LAF file but it never just flash..it says [24420] fastboot: flash:laf in the phone and it just sits there as long as i keep the phone on.. i tried srk tool but no help. please help me.. please im so desparate

Yeah man, fastboot has been disabled in LP. You were on the right track by shorting the mobo. If your version is different than the tutorials you've seen, you'll have to try to find the "test point" by trial and error. I'd start by noting the copper outerlying area that surrounds the chip. You'll see that it surrounds it like an oddly shaped border of sorts. Use that as your grounding point and then proceed to touch every capacitor/pin all the way around until you find the one that works to force either bulk mode (9006) or QDloader (9008) both of which can be fixed on this device. It may be that you have to contact a couple nearby pins at the same time.

Notes: you should be plugged into the PC when doing this but also you should have the battery cable in the guts of the phone disconnected. Listen for the classic Windows tone you'd hear when a device connects/disconnects. Hearing that means you likely hit pay dirt.
