LG G2 screen cracked, touch stopped working.

I need to get my important files off my phone. But I can't do anything as my screen got cracked and the touch screen stopped working. I can't use that special program for it because 1. My phone is not connected to wifi. It needs to be on. 2. The USB is on transfer pics from before the touch stopped working. And it needs to be on charging. What else can I do? What can be done by the people who want to fix my phone? Help. These files are really important to me.

Find an acquaintance with a PC with USB ports and ask him for 5 minutes. Are you using a MAC?

Sounds like you do need to get the screen plus digitizer replaced, I presume "the people that want to fix my phone" are competent and professional repairers.
