LG G3 Backup and Restore

Good afternoon

My daughter has the above phone and before changing her old LG G3 (it wasn't working properly) to her new LG G3 she did a backup using PC Suite on her PC and it showed two backups.

She gets home and plugs in her new phone and it says she hasn't done a backup since installing PC Suite. She is devastated. So going from LG G3 to LG G3 this shouldn't have happened?

Where have her backups gone please - I know nothing of LG phones.

Below are details of PC, LG PC Suite and LG G3 phone:

PC: Asus, Windows 8
Backup program used on PC: LG PC Suite
Phone: LG G3, Andriod v5.0

If noone can help with the above, is there an app that we can download that will read the backup from wherever it is hiding and restore her mobile phone?
