Help LG G3 Touch Screen won't work

Hi, my name is Ethan, I have an LG G3 and the touch screen, won't work. I haven't dropped, it has no cracks, it was even working fine today, but later in the evening, my touch screen would not work. At first I tried checking other forums, but they were all about cracked screens. One said to try to factory reset your phone, so I tried that and it still didn't work. The only way I rested was by doing it the manual way. I tried to do much else because I don't want to break it. I don't have access nor do I have anything to open my phone with down to the mother board. So I haven't been able to clean anything in there. I tried cleaning my screen and taking the protector off, but it still didn't work. If anybody could help or lead me in the right direction, I would be grateful.

One said to try to factory reset your phone, so I tried that and it still didn't work. The only way I rested was by doing it the manual way.

What do you mean?
You were unable to do the hard reset or you did and the screen still won't work?
And what do you mean the screen won't work?

The screen is on and glowing, but when I touch it, it doesn't work. I was able to hard reset because the buttons were still working. I thought my screen my just be dirty so I cleaned it off and it did a few things on the screen like I was touching it, that's when I was cleaning it off when the screen did a few things. Yet when I touched it still didn't do much.

So you can see the screen work with the hard reset?
If so I would try to reinstall the stock firmware which may fix the issue.

Make sure when you do this to remove the sim card and when done you can put it back in.As re flashing stock firmware will wipe sim card clean.
