I didn't find my LG L33L in the forum but wanted to tell about my issue anyhow. For the last 3 months of owning this phone, the biggest issue I have had was in answering incoming calls. No amount of swiping allowed me to answer calls except on very few occasions. This was getting very frustrating, particularly in answering calls from certain important people or groups. I finally contacted LG this afternoon. The solution seems to be a very simple one as the CSR had me up and running in a couple of minutes. He told me to go to settings/airplane mode, then turn it on for a minute or two... then turn off the airplane mode again. BINGO! It worked. So far, I've been able to answer each incoming call since then. It's worth a try for those of you with another type of LG phone!
