I have my LG GT540 for about 1.5 months. There was nothing wrong, I could connect to my laptop(windows 7, Toshiba) using the original USB cable from LG. Yesterday I wanted to connect my phone to my laptop. But I did not get the mount/unmount notification in the notification bar. The only thing my phone does is charge. I've noticed that it is my phone which creates the problem and not my latop. Because I've hooked it to my XP PC with no result.
I have tried the following things:
-Enable/Disable USB unbugging mode.
-Enable/Disable mass storage only mode.
-Reinstalling drivers.
-Formatting SD card (through my phone).
-Unmount SD card.
-Restarting phone.
-Restarting phone while having SD card unmounted.
-Restarting phone with USB cable plugged in my laptop
-Removing battery pack while my phone is on then restart and connecting it to my laptop.
-Searching for my phone(while being connected to my laptop) in windows device manager.
