So, I tried to replace the audio jack because it's messed up, but I ended up not doing it. I put the phone back together and tried to turn my phone on, but the screen stays completely black even though I get a vibration from olding the power button and when plugging a USB charger in.

    What's going on?

Double check the ribbon cable connection from the digitizer to the motherboard. Could have popped off or not seated correctly.

It looks like it ripped. There's a black ribbon like cable coming from the bottom left of the motherboard, and a piece of what appears to be the end of said cable sticking out of the bottom left of the digitizer.

Not good. Might need to replace digitizer.
