My optimus M freezes at least about 7-10 times a day.. its very annoying. The 2.2.2 update didn't really fix anything and im guessing that probably was the last update and Metro and LG wont be adding any other updates. Anyways I ordered the Galaxy Indulge today and hoping to get it delivered in two days.

Root it and install a cyanogen ROM. You will not be sorry.

Actually. Before any ROMs came out, I rooted and removed the crapware and mine stopped rebooting.

In case you want to run stock ROM. But Reppards CM7 is pretty damn good

Hey, I got mine to stop rebooting. And yes, I used the CM7 by Reppard.
But there are other ways, other than that specific rom.
I'll post an outline in a new thread soon. hope it works.
    :D

Alright thanks guys, but my phone isn't even rooted lol. Im running on 2.2.2 and I find it way too complicated to downgrade.

Downgrading actually isn't very complicated, I've noticed with like everything on this forum, you just have to read. Lol.
Well, here's a link to New Optimus's downgrading tips.
To be honest, this shouldn't take any more than an hour and a half.
That's getting all the required files and installing. I've "downgraded" twice already.
But if 2.2.2 works for the issue, by all means keep it.

I wrote this other thread, I mentioned above, that explains how I was able to fix my reboot issue.
Though i can't use Market or any type of sync. Eh, its a trade-off.
Well anyways, I hope you find something that works, and have a nice day.
