Root Lg Optimus V Root and i wanna delete my google account?

its rooted but idk how to delete my google account so i can sell it. i tried doing a factory reset via phone and just reboots like ntn happen.

do i have to re-flash the stock rom? if so how do i do it. i've got all the android sdk tools i need on my laptop. i just don't remember how. when i connect and type "reboot bootloader" in ADB shell, i get into a weird blue screen

I found it somewhere else,
remove /data/system/accounts.db
