Many things are happening the first issue is ROM
    It says 7.58
    Only 1.09 is actually available

USER:jenkins was not the original this user is denied many access to 0's files like photos, music, and pictures.

Like this but is able to access a folder branching off of one of those.

The host in hardware information has no information available online it is MCSBS9R22

Last thing I'll put without a request is that my baseband version seems to be for a lineageOS ROM that isn't installed on the phone currently that I know of

Any app to check root status crashes so idk but I was able to remove bloat ware using ADB command: adb shell pm uninstall -k -user 0 (package name). If root is needed for that then yes. Also remove -user 0 and it wont work. I didn't attempt a root myself at anytime though.

Crazy battery drain and data usage was as high as 105gb last September but that was abnormal and generally hangs around 30gb a month. I picked it up one day to find someone halfway through making a facebook profile with my fiancée's name but the birthday was wrong and it was weird in general because no one was at home to have used the phone. It also will hang until I force a reset. I Tried letting it sit overnight plugged in and it stayed hung I can't find any pattern or reason for it.

Start by changing your phone probably, to something that isn't rooted and compromised? Also make sure your Google and other online accounts are secure, and haven't been hacked. Of course I can't help you with calling someone to fix your stuff.

    This should work for you:

    1) Factory reset the phone This will remove your google account and everything anyone has installed (except for things in /system. Do not use it after factory reset.
    2) on a computer or other known safe device, change your google password, and passwords for any other accounts you use on the phone.
    3) buy a NEW phone, wither unlocked or from your carrier.
    4) Then add your google account to the new phone
    5) set up 2 Factor Authentication for your Google account, and any others you use on the phone.
    6) Install any apps you want from known safe sources. e.g. Google Play store, F-Droid, Amazon app store or apkpure.

    Now enjoy your new phone
