Help LG Stylo 2 Plus K550: Phone won't wake up on double tap

Seems like I have a weird issue with LG Stylo 2 Plus K550 Tmobile phone: it goes to sleep on double tap just fine but can't wake up on double tap, the power button has to be pressed to wake up the phone. No fingerprint on any other locks have been setup on the phone so far.

Any ideas? Thanks

Seems like it's actually working after reboot.
