LG Stylus 2 SD card

I just bought an LG Stylus 2, and I put my existing SD card into it. On my old phone I used to save all my pictures and apps to the SD card and I want to do that again with this phone, but I can't find a way to move pictures or anything to my SD card on my new phone. Can anyone help and tell me how please, please please? *smiles hopefully* Many thanks.

Is it a permissions issue? I know in marshmallow you have more control over the permissions requested by apps. Check and see if your camera has permission to access your sd card?

Not much is known about the Stylus 2 so I'm just guessing.
