lg thrill notification bar and hardware buttons not working

hello, on my lg thrill 4g, the notification bar doesn't pull out in portrait mode but it works in landscape mode. also the 4 hardware buttons on the mobile handset are not working , they light up but didn't work when i press them.

any solution to the issue ?
