LG will enable FM radio on more devices

NextRadio has come to an agreement with LG to enable the FM radio on more devices. The functionality is already available on the LG G5 and LG G6, and this should hopefully bring even more folks into the fold.

The nice things about FM, it's pretty much universal everywhere. Streamed radio uses wireless data, which can be prohibitively expensive if you don't have unlimited, and digital radio like DAB is anything but universal and global

A large number of other European countries have set targets to switch it off as well.... (which is a shame, but there you go)

Hope they leave it on.... That way we can listen to the baseball games on FM rather than Sirius XM which has a big delay time time.
