liquid e o/s update

So I've been trying to update my liquid e. I went to the acer site which said that I have to do two updates for my phone. The first one went without a problem but while trying to do the second one it keeps freezing on the exclamation point and android guy.
Can anyone tell me if I have the most update version on my phone.

2.2.2
