Here's a list of apps that I've removed, so far without consequence:

Sorry, the list is a mix of APK names that I manually removed, App names that I have frozen in Titanium, and package names that are backed up and uninstalled also via Titanium. I later found out that system apps cannot be restored from Titanium, so I've resorted to removing them from /system/app manually.

You'll notice that a bunch of the Bluetooth stuff is removed, because I don't use Bluetooth at all. Your mileage may vary.

    Freeze list:

    Google Backup Transport
    Home Screen Tips
    SecPhone
    SIM Toolkit
    SNS
    SNSAccount
    STK_BIP_TEST_APP
    WlanTest

    APK names:
    (manually removed from /system/app)

    BluetoothOpp.apk
    BluetoothPbap.apk
    BluetoothTestMode.apk
    BrcmBluetoothServices.apk
    ChocoEUKor.apk
    DataCreate.apk
    DrmUA.apk
    RoseEUKor.apk
    SisoDrmProvider.apk
    Visual_Voicemail_3_14_21.apk
    lcdtest.apk
    qospermission.apk

    Package names:
(backed up to sdcard and uninstalled using Titanium)

    com.example.android.Metro411BL
    com.handmark.metro.launcher
    com.handmark.mpp.PEX
    com.loopt
    com.metropcs.android.metrostudio
    com.mobileposse.client
    com.navbuilder.app.atlasbook
    com.netone.vcc
    com.nuance.android.vsuite
    com.nuance.nmc.sihome
    com.rhapsody
    com.sec.android.app.carcradle
    com.sec.android.app.dlna
    com.sec.android.widgetapp.stockclock
    com.sec.android.widgetapp.weatherclock
    miyowa.android.mpcs.mobileIM

    NOT safe to remove:
ScreenCaptureService.apk - "Camera failed" after removing
Mms.apk - MMS fails when using a third party messaging app

Does your list still stand as originally listed? Asking because I had issues after freezing a couple of the same apps you did. Wondering if you still have the same setup as you have listed.

yes, the list is still accurate. the last issue i encountered was the media player not playing mp3's, likely due to the removal of the DRM-related packages.

    what issues are you having?

I'm trying to build a spreadsheet database to be able to answer these questions. Unfortunately I can't post a direct link to it but I put it in my google+ public profile. You can find that by going to (assemble the lines below in your address bar)

    www.
    google.
    com/
    profiles/
    silversword

or search for my name and click on the google profiles link :)

If you find your answer, and can add it to the list please do to help others in the future.
