Little annoying advertisement ad

well, I figured out the hard way that not all apps on the android market can be trusted haha.

Anyways, So everyday I get a little star in my notifications saying "You have just won blah blah blah" Happened after downloading an app. Anyway to get rid of this? Taking into account I have removed the app that I downloaded when it started.

Sounds like you got one of those really annoying air push ads. Try AirPush Detector and see if it identifies the offending app.
