Hello everyone because i have a yahoo mail account i use the yahoo mail app, which is pretty cool. But i don't always get the notifications, i have to go into the app and allow it to refresh and then it will say i have a message. Any ideas on how to get those notifications? Thanks.

not sure which yahoo app you are talking about, i never downloaded an app. i use yahoo mail as well and i set mine up through the setup wizard on the phone, havent had any problems with it. the only thing i could think of is if u have your spam filter turned on the messages might get sent to your spam box, and that wont give you a notification.

The other thing is check your notification settings, you may have email turned off

I have the app now too and other than turning notifications on, it does not look like there is a setting for duration...

I guess for now, we are stuck with the early release. If we all leave feedback that notifications are not working right 100% of the time and we would like a setting for "refresh duration", I am sure they will address it as they build up the app.

Yeah it works sporadically for me too. I just went and "reported a problem" within the app. Options, About Mail and Report a Problem. Hopefully they'll fix this.
