ive got an lg optimus one phone and i'm in south africa i need to know if it si possible to load a private domain account and if possible how
loading email accounts

Depending on your phone and the default email client installed yes it should be possible to install a private domain email account. So long as the email server is available on the Internet and supports the proper protocols you should be able to access it.
