Root Localized 2.2 ROM

Just curious if there is any localized rooted 2.2 ROM for Hong Kong. Or is there any way that I can have integrated Chinese handwriting (not pinyin) feature that like the HK phones? I just rooted my 2.2 phone per instruction that released couple days ago (downgraded to 2.1 and then flash the ROM to 2.2). I have HTC-OTA-3.26.651.6-Final-Froyo-Rooted-Odexed-netarchy-signed4 in my phone now. I found there is Chinese handwriting setting under keyboard (which is new to me); however, there is no other setting that allow me to activate the Chinese handwriting option. Any help is greatly appreciated.
