Can anyone please help.
I have a Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) which up to now I am very pleased with, however, every now and again when I receive a lock screen notification, my phone freezes. I am able to press the home button and return to the home screen, but the phone freezes until the lock screen automatically activates again or I restart the phone.
