Lock screen widget problem

Hi
I just installed a lock screen widget ios and then i lock my screen and turn it on then it show me a password and i tried every possible password but its not working even its the device is not turning off and there is an option of forgot password and if i click on that it say pin code will send on your e mail but i didn't enter any e mail so it says invalid email ...
Please help me ASAP
