I'm having this same problem too. I have the p769 version. Its rooted with cwm recovery for locked bootloader. I have the xposed framework installed, theme engine, blabla. I use Nova Launcher. I must of done something or whatever. My brother accidently reset my phone to factory settings a few days ago. I didn't have this problem before. I reinstalled everything and was changing the look of my phone afterwards and now my lock screen wallpaper is stuck on the custom image. I haven't tried using the stock images yet. I really didn't think of it. Any help would be great. If I find a fix I will let you know!

This happened a few weeks ago, I think I had to delete data through titanium backup in lockscreen settings...

Yeah deleting everything seemed to do it. Whats the difference with V10e ? Should i update it ? Ill lose my root though right? I did a hard reset and didnt lose it though, so will it be gone with the update

Hard rest doesn't erase system mods or system files only user data. Doing a software update writes over the system and not user data..

Because you are rooted and have made system mods. You have to add back all the apps you removed, remove recovery if installed, remove busybox, and all traces of root...

I rooted using the one click root so i dont have busybox downloaded and my bootloader is locked so i dont have recovery. I havent deleted any system apps. So just delete the root and thats it ? Or change the bulid.prop too? Cause thats all i rooted for was the app to sd and so i could deeper clean my phone.

Download voodoo ota root keeper. It allows you to make a root binary backup, open the app select backup root. Then using your file manager make a copy of whatever superuser app you have and store it on the SD card for now. Use titanium backup or something else to delete the app, then go back to voodoo and select temporary unroot then try to upgrade. After you do or don't upgrade you can reinstall superuser and then go to voodoo and select restore root. If you still have all of your system apps that came with the phone could you make a copy and upload it to the site please?

Use your file manager and just copy the system apps folder to media fire and post a link here. You do have to be rooted to do it.

Hmmm I wonder. Maybe backup your existing build prop to the SD and then remove the lines you added for apps to sd... I also noticed that you removed some metro bloatware. That could be the reason why too.

Still didnt work man :( im feeling so dumb ive never had these problems with the lg esteem haha i did brick it but i unbricked it, this one has its retarted SECURITY ERROR that i fixed about 3-4weeks ago and cant even move the apps to the sd just the data, i love the phone! It just has alot of flaws but then again what doesnt. Would a factory reset do the trick or just screw me? I really would hate to brick it again i dont have a computer to fix it at the moment:( or should i just stay on V10d
