Help Lockscreen wallpaper

I have tried to set my own picture for my lockscreen using 'use custom wallpaper' option and selecting my own picture, but the lockscreen just shows my default background and not the lockscreen picture that I had set.. Any idea?

I have the same issue with sense 3.6/ICS assume its a new bug with the update, here's hoping HTC will release a patch to fix all the known issues...
