LOL cool text app when 2.2 comes out

    roadsms does the same thing and its for 2.1

    Oh you know somebody will be dumb enough to do it. Then they will probably sue the app developer.

    I think I saw a video review on G4 TV about one of these types of App's... The hosts indicated that the problem with this idea was they few people text with the phone held directly in front of them. Most people hold the phone with the back of the phone pointing downward.

    If I held the DX directly out in front of me I suspect I'd be more concerned with banging it into something or someone. Held downward all I'd see is the sidewalk in front of my feet. And unless I'm worrying about stepping in something there's not much to see down there!

    Plus with Voice Search and Bluetooth, you really don't need to physically text as much, therefore, rendering this app as a novelty act more than anything.
