Hey! So I'm not familiar with 5.1.1 lollipop so I'm kinda having issues with the layout, however I've searched and searched around and can't find a fix.. Maybe someone here could help me?
    So here's the issue:
I open Spotify (or any other music app)
Music sounds like poop so I naturally want to play around with the equalizer, and the frequency sliders are not movable and there is no 'custom' option on the dropdown preset menu.. Can someone help please?
Here are links to screenshots to my phone info/specs and the equalizer itself:

Uninstall the equaliser, reinstall it. But equaliser should be spelled equalizer.

Is this a system equalizer/equaliser that's part of Huawei's EMUI "Based on Android™"? There's no options for actually enabling it is there, i.e. turn it on or off.

When you say it "sounds like poop", is that playing music through the phone's dinky little internal speaker, or something else, like headset, headphones, BT speaker, etc?
