Help Lollipop tracfone messaging attachments question

I have a tracfone running Android 5.0.1 Someone just sent me a message with 2 attachments. Each says "Multimedia message arrived. Receive?". When I tap download, it blinks, then nothing. WHERE the bloody hell did it PUT the attachments??? Even hooked the phone up to the pc/windows explorer & looked through ever conceivable/likely spot for the files, no luck. Tapping "Downloads" shows no files. Can anyone tell me WHERE the supposedly dl'd files would be?

Jeez, I hate this crap...

If your received MMS are showing "download" and it doesn't work, most likely means the phone's APN details for the carrier are missing or incorrect, and you'll have to check with Tracfone Wireless for that.
